Thank God for the blessings that continue to pour down on the Ranch. I am so happy to hear that the fence is complete. Working ( on the fence)at the Ranch and visiting with the staff and children was a real inspirion to my life.

Thanks for the update.

As for Ron & me, we just initiated the application process with Wycliffe Bible Translators.
The recruiter we have been communicating with is named Barry Holulin and his wife, Denise (great name HUH?) went through New Tribes years ago. Today they have 3 children — boy (11), girl (9), & recently adopted an 8 year old girl from India. Barry works out of Dallas and has been of great encouragement.

I’ll send more details about God’s call via your email.

Dean, Denise, and all!

Fantastic news all around.

The Hillsboro folks miss you all and look forward to another adult group coming down late fall or early winter.

Hard to believe Brian Patton will be a father soon (Heather is due July 13).

I don’t know if I mentioned it—just in case I didn’t—our son Cary was engaged last Spring and is getting married July 3. Incredible Christian young lady (Brandy McKenzie). They will be moving to Denver where he will attend Denver Seminary to study Christian counseling. So if you are ever in Denver and need a place to stay . . .

I will be sure to post the newsletter for all to read in the church family here.
